The course builds the research and writing skills legal assistants need to support health law files with accuracy, clarity, and strong documentation. You’ll learn how to locate and summarize healthcare-related authorities—statutes, regulations, agency guidance, and case law—and translate them into usable work product such as research memos, issue summaries, chronologies, and draft correspondence.
